Scope of Work: This project delivered a comprehensive Centerline 3.0 MLV1 conversion designed to elevate performance and increase capacity within an existing high-volume restaurant.
The scope included upgrades to the Parallel Drive-Thru Cockpit, a side dining conversion, construction of a new dumpster enclosure, parking lot reconfiguration, and remote storage modifications. Dual flex lanes and an OMD dual-lane configuration were incorporated to significantly improve drive-thru throughput and operational efficiency.
Completed in just 12 weeks, our team executed a full interior renovation aligned with current brand standards, along with a 419 SF conditioned kitchen addition, expanding the facility to 4,646 SF. Enhancements optimized back-of-house workflow, improved dining comfort, and strengthened overall operational performance to support growing customer demand.
Drive-thru functionality was further enhanced with a new automatic sliding door system, all while maintaining continuous operation of existing canopy systems to minimize disruption during construction.
The project reconfigures interior production space and dual-lane drive-thru operations to increase kitchen output, improve vehicle stacking, and support sustained high-volume service within the existing footprint.
