Scope of Work: This project focused on comprehensive exterior enhancements centered around the installation of a new drive-thru canopy system designed to improve functionality, safety, and overall site performance.

Our team poured nine structural canopy footings and completed full canopy installation, including integrated lighting, ceiling fans, and heating systems to support year-round operation. A new clearance bar was added to enhance vehicle guidance and drive-thru safety.

Additional site improvements included finishing concrete work, irrigation rerouting, new landscaping installation, and complete parking lot restriping to refresh circulation and improve site organization.

Delivered within an active restaurant environment, the completed improvements provide a safer, more efficient drive-thru experience while elevating the overall appearance and operational flow of the property.

The project anchors a new structural canopy system with upgraded paving, lighting, and site utilities to reinforce drive-thru functionality and elevate exterior performance.
