Project Scope: This project delivered a comprehensive exterior renovation focused on infrastructure upgrades, drive-thru expansion, and operational modernization.

Scope included installation of approximately 270 linear feet of underground storm drainage to improve site performance and support the expanded drive-thru configuration. The project also featured a full Parallel Drive-Thru Cockpit (PDC) remodel to enhance order flow and throughput capacity.

Additional improvements included playground conversion, relocation and installation of new menu boards, and construction of a new triple-lane drive-thru canopy system to accommodate increased traffic volume and improve guest experience.

Working within an active restaurant environment, construction was carefully phased to maintain operations while upgrading both site infrastructure and drive-thru efficiency.

The renovation integrates underground storm drainage, a reconfigured Parallel Drive-Thru Cockpit, and a triple-lane canopy system to expand stacking capacity and physically extend the drive-thru platform.
