Scope of Work: This project delivered a complete retail build-out and merchandising rollout within an accelerated four-week schedule. 

Scope included layout execution, installation of store shelving systems, and construction of product display areas in accordance with the approved plans. The retail floor was fully stocked with approximately 63,000 individual products, activating the space for immediate operational readiness. 

Back-of-house improvements included installation of a mechanical dock leveler and associated electrical connections to support receiving and distribution operations. 

The completed project converts a vacant shell into a fully merchandised, operational retail environment supported by integrated loading infrastructure and high-volume inventory deployment.
