This project delivered a comprehensive interior transformation and large-scale exterior site reconstruction completed over a 16-week phased schedule, designed to increase capacity, modernize infrastructure, and expand high-volume service capability.

Over the first four weeks, the interior renovation included implementation of the “Always Fresh” brand update, conversion of the existing playground into expanded dining room space, and construction of a dedicated team member breakroom to improve staff functionality. The scope also included replacement of the SES electrical panel to support upgraded systems and increased operational demand.

The following 12 weeks focused on exterior improvements and drive-thru expansion. Work included demolition of the existing retaining wall and removal of adjacent O’Reilly’s parking spaces to accommodate expanded circulation and construction of a second drive-thru lane. Major infrastructure upgrades included relocation of the gas line, installation of approximately 270 linear feet of underground storm drainage, relocation of a 6-inch storm drain, and construction of a new retaining wall.

Additional site work included installation of new curb and gutter, asphalt placement, construction of 14 replacement parking spaces at O’Reilly’s, and relocation and reinstallation of menu boards to align with the upgraded multi-lane drive-thru configuration.

Construction was strategically phased to maintain operations while executing significant structural, utility, and circulation modifications.

The completed redevelopment combines interior space conversion with major utility relocation and major site improvements to support increased customer capacity, improved traffic flow, and enhanced long-term operational efficiency.
